Job Description:
Responsibilities:
- Analyze business processes and workflows to identify gaps and improvement opportunities.
- Gather, document, and prioritize requirements from stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain detailed business and functional requirements documentation.
- Create dashboards, reports, and visualizations to support data-driven decision-making.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align project outcomes with organizational goals.
- Solve and model optimization problems to improve efficiency and resource allocation.
- Support the development and implementation of new business strategies or tools.
- Monitor the effectiveness of solutions and recommend adjustments when needed.
Preferred Qualifications:
Educational Background:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Analytics, Data Science, or related fields.
Experience:
- 3+ years of experience in business analysis, process improvement, or similar roles.
- Proven track record of working with stakeholders to deliver successful projects.
Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in Python and R for data analysis and modeling.
- Experience with optimization modeling tools (e.g., Gurobi, CPLEX, or MATLAB).
- Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools (e.g., Agile, Jira, Trello).
- Strong understanding of statistics, data visualization, and reporting techniques.
